We are committed to making shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Ordering & Payment

  • To place your order, fill up the order form (https://goo.gl/forms/iMOChLJe7he7rmQt2), together with payment details 
  • Payment methods accepted are: ATM Transfer, internet banking and interbank transfer
  • Strictly no changes to design/size/colour once payment has been made

Delivery

  • We are unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after arrival of preordered shoes.
  • Meet up for collection is available at CCK MRT Station at specific timings. Request for meet-ups outside of these time-frames will be duly declined.

Exchange and Refund Policy

  • All exchanges due to defective/faulty/incorrect item have to be mailed back within 7 working days from the day parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and send it to hoshiling@hotmail.com.
  • An exchange will only be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn).
  • We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
